constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
5. Starfish does not guarantee that the site's
facilities and functions will be free from error or uninterrupted,
that the site or the server that makes it available to you are free
of viruses or bugs, that defects will be corrected, or that the
content on the site is accurate or complete.
6. Starfish takes no responsibility for the
content of external Internet Sites linked to or cited on this site.
7. Any communication or material (including
without limitation any data, questions, comments and suggestions)

(including without limitation chat rooms, forma, bulletin boards if
available), will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary
information unless otherwise stated by Starfish. We reserve
the right to remove without notice any material posted in any
public area of the site.
8. If you sign up to become a regular donor on
line you have the right to cancel at any time.
If you purchase goods from our online shop, you have the right to
cancel within 14 days from the day you place the order. If
goods are posted to you, Starfish will wait for the goods to be
returned before re-imbursing the payment.
9. The copyright and all other intellectual
property rights in all material on this site are held by or
licensed to Starfish unless otherwise stated. All rights in
all texts, images and materials appearing in this site are
reserved. You may read and download materials (in their
entirety) for personal use only, on condition that you comply with
the terms and conditions applicable to this site. You may not alter
any material, repost or sell it without permission.
Commercial use or publication of all or any material displayed and
any use of the Starfish logo, without prior written permission from
Starfish, is strictly prohibited. Permission for the use of
any materials on this site can be requested from ukinfo@starfishcharity.org.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and
Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Conditions in full, you must stop using this site
immediately. We reserve the right to prevent you accessing
this site, without prejudice to any of our other rights, if we
consider that you have contravened our Privacy Policy or any of
